Scope of services

HRight Consulting provides organisational psychology consulting and coaching for businesses, founders and teams. My work covers workplace issues such as hiring, team dynamics, roles, culture and leadership.

I do not provide therapy, counselling, psychological diagnosis or treatment for mental health conditions. If concerns come up that need clinical support, I will recommend appropriate professional help.
